Hi my dear,
As i know ,there is no "scholarships" comes from YALI but as we know YALI is part of AMIDEAST now and AMIDEAST do that sometimes I really don't know if they change now.it was scholarships with NGO's and the Excellent students in high school who are very good in English (Upper intermediate or above).Any way you have to contact them to know more:) and this is the web page http://www.amideast.org/offices/yemen/default.htm
